I made this spinach artichoke dip for New Years Eve. My mom came up, we put a puzzle together, drank some wine, and consumed a lot of junk food. This dip was phenomenal. She and I both could not stop going back to it. I knew when she disappeared for awhile that I would find her hovering over the dip. She could say the same about me! I would serve this dip to any non-veg people!
