Veganomicon - Bean Balls

I've made the spaghetti and bean balls so many times! I can't rave enough about these little guys. Sometimes they fall apart, sometimes they're kind of mushy, sometimes they stick to the pan but I just.don't.care. I almost hate when I love something so much because it makes me reluctant to try anything else!
