Amy's Vegan Mac & Cheese
I have a wonderful coop. I go there for all of my elusive vegan needs. However, they have yet to get this new Amy's product ... and believe me I've been keeping my eye out for it. I finally found it at a Dillons, and it was only $3.19!!
It cooks up in only 4-5 minutes, and it is well worth the 500 calories. I found it creamy and delicious!
